Carlyon Bay Beach offers the perfect place for all ages and interests from sandcastle builders and picnic goers, to sun worshippers and swimmers.
The area is actually a grouping of three beaches, Crinnis, Shorthorn and Polgaver, all offering their own unique features, but together creating an impressive stretch of unbroken coastline.
A perfect place for all ages and interests from sandcastle builders and picnic goers to sun worshippers and swimmers. Walkers can appreciate spectacular views from the South West Coast Path which winds its way around Carlyon Bay’s cliff top.
There is a private car park at the top of the hill for beach goers, summer time seasonal charges do apply, and a seasonal dog ban is in place from Easter to the end of October.
