Ceramics in public Places

Meet artists Sandy Brown, Marion Brandis and Susan Elliott in this round table discussion hosted by Whitegold Curator, Alex Murdin. The film was created for the Green & Whitegold online Festival for 2020.

All three artists are making soon to be installed ceramic public art works for St Austell, which they introduce to each other in conversation.  The discussion explores the value of introducing art into public spaces and what contribution ceramic art can make in expressing our connection to local people, the landscape, and of course the of china clay.
