Fowey Valley are makers of a range of exquisitely crafted fine spirits and ciders.

Once upon a time the Fowey valley was bedecked with blossom. The Victorians would take special boat trips just to marvel at the blooming. Today Fowey Valley are one the few orchards left. They keep busy upholding the tradition of cider making in the valley and producing award winning spirits. All their ciders are made solely from fresh West Country apples and their spirits are all created from scratch – none of the usual industrial alcohol.

With a product range including Cider, Sparking Cider, Apple juice, Spirits and foods there is a wide range to choose from.

Find out what goes on behind the scenes with a tour of the cidery where you’ll be part of a guided tour led by their master cider maker Barrie Gibson and assistant cider maker Jo Aitchison. You’ll get to learn how cider is made, and how it is used across their product range.
