Polkyth features a 62-station gym, swimming pools, over 50 fitness classes a week, squash and badminton courts, health suite and hydrotherapy pool. There is also a café with a viewing area, looking out onto the swimming pool.
The centre is open 6.30am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5pm Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sunday.

It’s outdoor facilities include: 4 tennis courts, 4 netball courts, 2 basketball courts, rugby pitches, football and cricket facilities. The centre is open Monday to Friday 6.30am – 8am and 5pm – 10pm, Saturday 8am – 4pm and Sunday 8am – 3pm.
